  1. Platform Use & Responsibilities

HelloMiru acts as a facilitator between buyers and third-party sellers. We are not directly involved in any transactions.

Product availability and order acceptance are subject to seller discretion.

All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes.

  1. Seller Commission Policy

A commission ranging from 5% to 10% of the sale value is charged to sellers based on the product category.

Each product category has its own fixed or variable commission rate as determined by HelloMiru.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
