Refund & Return Policy – HelloMiru

At HelloMiru, we aim to provide a safe and satisfying shopping experience. While most of our products are eligible for return or refund, there are important conditions and exceptions to be aware of.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. General Return & Refund Conditions
  • Returns are accepted only in case of wrong, damaged, or incomplete delivery.
  • You must initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required for all returns.
  1. Important Notice for Electronics

Electronics and gadgets (e.g. phones, tablets, headphones, chargers, etc.) are NOT eligible for return or refund unless:

  • A completely different product is delivered (e.g. ordered a Bluetooth speaker, received a wired headset).
  • The product was incorrectly listed or misrepresented by the seller.
  • The product is dead on arrival (DOA) and this is reported within 24 hours, along with video proof.
  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction with performance, or opened/used items do not qualify for return or refund in electronics.
  1. Steps to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@hellomiru.com within 48 hours after the delivery.
  2. Include:

Your Order ID

Description of the issue

Photo/video proof of the item and packaging

  1. Our team will review the case and respond within 24–48 hours.
  2. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for return pickup or shipment.
  3. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after item verification.
  4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method depending on customer preference.

  1. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the wrong item was delivered:

Electronics & Gadgets

Opened or used health/personal care products

Items with missing packaging or accessories

Sale, clearance, or “non-returnable” labeled items

Customized or made-to-order products

  1. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to seller error or wrong item, HelloMiru will cover the return shipping.

If the return request is invalid or rejected, the product will be sent back at the buyer’s cost.
