We currently offer shipping across all major cities and regions in Pakistan. We are continuously expanding our delivery network to better serve you nationwide.

  1. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Seller location
  • Shipping destination
  • Courier capacity
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Within major cities: 2 – 5 working days
  • Remote or rural areas: 4 – 7 working days
  • Customized or pre-order items: 7 – 10 working days (if applicable)

Note: Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen courier delays.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Seller location
  • Delivery destination
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Many products on HelloMiru also offer Free Shipping promotions
  1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking number (where applicable) once your package is shipped.

  • You can easily track your order status by:
  • Visiting the “My Orders” section on your HelloMiru account
  • Using the tracking link sent to your email/SMS after dispatch
  1. Multiple Packages

If you ordered items from multiple sellers, your order may be shipped in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking number and estimated delivery date.

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts
  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt:
  • Our courier will usually try 2–3 times.
  • You may be contacted via phone or SMS to coordinate re-delivery.
  • If the order cannot be delivered, it may be returned to the seller and a refund will be processed (if eligible).
  1. International Shipping

Currently, HelloMiru only ships within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
